FAQ Question 1: How can I purchase from Popcafemusic Music Online store? Question 2: How can I download the product after payment with PayPal? MAKE SURE THAT THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU ENTER INTO PAYPAL IS VALID AS THIS WILL BE THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOUR DOWNLOAD DETAILS WILL BE SENT TO. Once your payment has been accepted you will receive an email from us identifying your user name and password. The email address being your PayPal email address. You will then be able to login and download your file. Question 3: I receive an e-mail from PayPal confirmed that payment was successful but I do not receive the e-mail with username and password, what should I do? Sometime, the e-mail provider or e-mail client (e.g. outlook express) may falsely classiflied the send from popcafemusic as junk/spam mail. Please check your junk mail box and look for mail send from "info@popcafemusic.com". If you still cannot find the download instruction e-mail, please contact us by e-mail at info@popcafemusic.com.
